SOCIÉTÉ DES AMIS DU CHAMPAGNE (“SAC”) is a 501(c)(7) not-for-profit organization with a mission to celebrate the people, culture, history, and wines of the Champagne region of France through camaraderie, scholarship, and the dedication of its members. SAC provides scholarship and educational opportunities to professionals in the food & beverage industry in its quest for advancement and discovery in the world of Champagne. A core principle of SAC is that Champagne should be available to and enjoyed by all, regardless of means.
